What Goes Into a Price
Two cars can need the same job and cost quite different amounts. These are the details that make the difference, which is why the form asks for them.
Make & model
Parts prices and labour times vary a lot between cars.
Year
Engines and parts often change between model years.
Kilometres
Higher-kilometre cars may be due for extra items.

How Our Quotes Work
Some jobs can be priced from the details alone. Others, like a warning light or a strange noise, need a look first.
Where we can, we'll send a firm price. Where we can't, we'll explain what an inspection or diagnosis involves and what it costs, so you know where you stand before you book.
Once the car is here, if we find anything beyond the original job, we stop and call you with a price. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Quote FAQ
How quickly will I get my quote?
We aim to reply within the hour during business hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Requests after hours are answered the next working day.
Is the quote free?
Yes. There's no charge for a quote. If a fault needs diagnosing first, we'll tell you the cost of the diagnosis before doing it.
Can I get a quote for tyres?
Yes. Choose Tyres, then add your tyre size from the sidewall in the job details if you know it, and we'll price a few options.
Does a quote lock me into a booking?
No. A quote is just a price. If you're happy with it, you can book online or give us a call.
