From G-Wagons to Sprinter Vans
Mercedes-Benz builds some of the most sophisticated vehicles on the road, and some of the hardest-working. Both ends of the range come through our roller door.
The luxury models bring air suspension, multiple control modules and specific oil approvals. The vans bring high kilometres, heavy loads and diesel emissions systems, including AdBlue on many newer models. Each gets serviced to Mercedes-Benz's own schedule and standards.

Mercedes-Benz Servicing
Many Mercedes-Benz models alternate between a smaller and a larger service, often labelled Service A and Service B, with additional items added at certain intervals. The car's service display tells you which is due. Here's the broad idea.
| Smaller service (A) | Larger service (B) | |
|---|---|---|
| Engine oil & filter | Yes, to Mercedes-Benz approval | Yes, to Mercedes-Benz approval |
| Inspection | Safety and fluid checks | More comprehensive inspection |
| Filters | Checked | Cabin filter and others as scheduled |
| Brake fluid, plugs, coolant | Added at the time or kilometre intervals Mercedes-Benz sets for your model | |
Have it serviced here while it's still under warranty. As long as the work tracks the Mercedes-Benz schedule using suitable parts, your cover is safe. Read more about logbook servicing.

Mercedes-Benz Checks & Inspections
A used Mercedes can be excellent value, provided its history checks out. Our pre-purchase inspection covers suspension, leaks, stored faults and service records. For vans and fleet vehicles, ask about regular inspections between services.
Keeping a Sprinter or Vito Earning
For a business, a van off the road means lost income. Booking servicing early in the week, keeping AdBlue topped up, and reporting new noises or warnings straight away all help avoid unplanned downtime. Heavily loaded vans wear brakes, tyres and rear suspension faster than the service interval might suggest, so we pay close attention to those on every visit.

Mercedes-Benz FAQ
What's the difference between Service A and Service B?
Service A is generally the smaller service and Service B the more comprehensive one, with extra items added at set intervals. Your car's display shows which is due.
Can you service my Sprinter van?
Yes. Our workshop photos include a Sprinter on the hoist. We handle servicing, brakes, tyres and diesel system faults.
Do you work on Mercedes air suspension?
Yes. We diagnose leaks, faulty valves and compressors, and quote the repair before starting.
Will servicing my Mercedes here affect the warranty?
No. Mercedes-Benz intervals completed with parts that meet its standards keep your rights intact, and that's how every job here is done.
Do you top up AdBlue during a service?
Yes, if the vehicle uses it and the tank is low we'll top it up and let you know. Between services, keep an eye on the range warning in the instrument cluster, because many diesels won't restart once it runs empty.
